  • In-Store Collection:
    Enjoy the convenience of in-store collection, available within 1 to 7 business days, at no additional cost.
  • International Delivery (Outside the EU):
    For destinations outside the EU, delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and customs clearance procedures. However, we ensure that your order arrives within a maximum of two weeks. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed with timely updates at every step.
    Complimentary shipping and duty-paid delivery are available for orders exceeding €149.
  • Express & Next-Day Delivery:
    For those who desire expedited service, we offer next-day and express delivery options. Before placing your order, you are welcome to contact us with the product link to confirm whether your selected item is eligible for express or next-day delivery. Our team will be delighted to assist you and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Signature Packaging:
    Your purchase will arrive in our elegant delivery box, with an additional layer of protection provided by our bespoke mailer box—designed to ensure both security and an elevated unboxing experience.
  • Complimentary Shipping Thresholds:
    Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over €49 within the EU. For destinations outside the EU, benefit from complimentary shipping and duty-paid delivery on orders exceeding €149.
PAYMENT METHODS

SIA accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
  • SIA features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We take great care in thoroughly inspecting each product before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that appears damaged, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution:

  • Upon receiving your package, kindly inspect the item immediately.
  •  If you notice any damage, please take a clear video of the product along with the mailer box, to help us determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or prior to dispatch.
  • You must notify us of any damage within 1 hour of receipt. Regrettably, claims made after this time frame cannot be accepted.
  • Provided these conditions are met, we will issue a return shipping label for you to send the item back.
  • For damaged products that comply with our return policy, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • For clothing items, please note that we only accept exchanges, with return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Kindly be advised that products other than clothing are not eligible for exchange.
