Return Policy
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We take great care in thoroughly inspecting each product before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that appears damaged, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution:
- Upon receiving your package, kindly inspect the item immediately.
- If you notice any damage, please take a clear video of the product along with the mailer box, to help us determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or prior to dispatch.
- You must notify us of any damage within 1 hour of receipt. Regrettably, claims made after this time frame cannot be accepted.
- Provided these conditions are met, we will issue a return shipping label for you to send the item back.
- For damaged products that comply with our return policy, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- For clothing items, please note that we only accept exchanges, with return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Kindly be advised that products other than clothing are not eligible for exchange.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
